No Happy Stimmy Dance in November
Join Catherine Faherty from 5:30-6:30 p.m. on the first Monday of every month for an hour of enjoying moving your body, jumping, flapping and dancing to a variety of musical styles.
Catherine will guide participants with very simple dance moves that everyone can do in their own way and finish with a few minutes of stillness and relaxation.
