This month’s POCOS (Parents of Children Over 16) is all about self care and relaxation. Karen Orenchuk of Arbonne will be providing foot soaks, hand and face treatment for women and men. There will be wine, non-alcoholic sparkling cider, chocolates and cheese. Take an hour and a half just for you. Space is limited so RSVP now.

Meets the first Thursday of every month from 6-7:30 p.m. and is led by parent advocates Melissa Zenz and Miluska “Mimi” Kusz. This group provides a safe space to discuss the joys and concerns of parenting adolescents transitioning to adulthood and young adults on the spectrum.
