Saturday, November 4 at 3pm eight lucky Arms Around ASD clients will enjoy the benefits of a Sound Bath Healing with Alejandro Boullon Blechingberg, an LMT and Certified Esalen Bodyworker, Vibrational Sound Therapist & Musician with a deep and compassionate understanding of the physical & energetic bodies. He offers a bouquet of healing sound that includes alchemy crystal singing bowls from Crystal Tones, planetary Earth gong, Acutonics tuning forks, pan drum, xylophone, & finger piano. His work imparts great joy & peaceful vibrations. The sound bath experience is a time to be submerged in celestial vibrations that are played in ways that will help the body fall in a deep state of relaxation, allowing the body to self organize itself and heal. He will conduct a small body awareness meditation to help the group get in touch with their own senses, creating awareness through breath.
