Join Todd Jensen the first and third Tuesdays of the month at 5:30 p.m. for a gentle introduction into martial arts. Both the relatively slow movements and breathing styles of Tai Chi and Qigong help relieve stress and develop executive function skills through a mindful, moving meditation.
