Yoga with Brandon is on hiatus for the Summer. Classes will resume in October.
Classes are the first Thursday of the month from 5:00 p.m until 6:00 p.m. with Brandon Hudson. Each class will have gentle warm-ups, breath work, partner activities and a visualization/relaxation. All ages, all abilities and their families welcome.
