Due to unforeseen circumstances, Yoga with Brandon is cancelled for November. Brandon will be back in December.
Classes are the second Thursday of the month from 5:30 p.m until 6:30 p.m. with Brandon Hudson. Each class will have gentle warm-ups, breath work, partner activities and a visualization/relaxation. All ages, all abilities and their families welcome.
