In November, Yoga with Miss Brandon will be the third Thursday of the month.
Classes are the second Thursday of the month from 5:00 p.m until 6:00 p.m. with Miss Brandon. Each class will have gentle warm-ups, breath work, partner activities and a visualization/relaxation. All ages, all abilities and their families welcome.
