Just for November, yoga with Emily is on WEDNESDAY, November 29 from 5:00-6:00 pm.
Classes are the last Tuesday of the month from 5:00-6:00 p.m. with Emily Danciu-Grosso. Each class will have gentle warm-ups, breath work, partner activities and a visualization/relaxation. All ages, all abilities and their families welcome.
