Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE®) is a series of 7 exercises designed to assist the body in releasing muscular patterns of stress, tension, and trauma. The exercises safely activate a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating that helps release muscular tension. In your session you’ll learn how to safely perform the exercises and how to regulate the shaking mechanism. Once learned, TRE can be done on your own as a self-help tool. Clothing that is comfortable to move in, such as fitness clothing, is recommended.

This is a Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises GROUP follow-up session with a maximum of 3 participants.
